OTB Bicycle Cafe in Bridgeville, PA is looking for server assistants to join our team! We are located on 1595 Mayview Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Guest Service & Support
- Assisting servers by delivering food and drinks to tables.
- Clearing empty plates, glassware, and utensils promptly.
- Addressing guest needs when servers are busy (getting extra napkins or silverware).
Table Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Bussing and resetting tables quickly for the next guests.
- Wiping down tables, highchairs, and booths to maintain cleanliness.
- Ensuring table settings (chairs, table tents) are properly arranged.
Restaurant Organization
- Helping to keep service stations stocked with plates, glasses, and silverware.
- Assisting in polishing and rolling of silverware.
- Sweeping, mopping, or tidying up dining areas as needed.
- Managing trashcans and ensuring proper waste disposal.
Teamwork & Efficiency
- Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Helping servers stay focused on guests by handling side tasks.
- Assisting with restocking beverage stations when necessary.
