What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at OTB AT THE NORTH PARK BOATHOUSE?
OTB Bicycle café is seeking personable and energetic hosts at our North park location on Pearce Mill Road, Allison Park. We are located right in the heart of the park on North Park Lake in the historic stone Boathouse. We are currently looking for full or part time (minimum 3 days a week) employment for day and night shifts.
No experience necessary, we will train you!
Required Responsibilities:
- Greets guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant; presenting a positive first impression of OTB
- Reliable, outgoing friendly attitude
- Manages/Monitoring the restaurants waitlist
- Learning core features and managing the floor map through the Yelp system
- Accommodates to special guests requests
- Responsible for overall cleanliness and restocking items in the restaurant
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
