We are a growing therapist-owned private practice with a strong focus on building relationships with families to help children succeed across environments. 


Are you a vibrant, passionate, and energetic pediatric occupational therapist? If so, we’re looking for you to join our collaborative team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists in supporting pediatric clients and their families, All therapy services are provided in our state-of-the-art clinic located in Pflugerville, TX with convenient access to both I-35 and 130 toll road. No need to travel to school, home, or community settings! Our clinic features three fully-stocked sensory gyms and an expansive outdoor playground! Enjoy regularly collaborating with your fellow occupational therapists, who carry a combined 20 years' experience in feeding therapy, Autism, Developmental delays, Sensory integration/sensory processing, and early intervention. Collaborate frequently with clinicians in other disciplines, treating together and problem solving to create holistic treatment plans that support the whole child.

Occupational therapists are responsible for initial evaluations, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing parent education to a diverse caseload of children.

What we're looking for:

  • Energetic, creative, flexible, and self-driven clinician with a passion for supporting pediatric clients and their families
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust understanding of evidence-based practice
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload of clients, including working with individuals with Autism, Sensory integration/processing delays, handwriting difficulties, visual/ocular motor delays, eye-hand coordination, fine motor/self-care skills, and more
  • Passion for creating programs that improve client's functional communication skills through play-based, functional activities
  • Team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to jump in to support fellow team members, as needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must carry an Associates Degree for OTA, Bachelors for OTR
  • Current state of TX OT License
  • One year experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferred 
  • Bilingual clinicians are highly encouraged to apply! 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • On-site, weekly team meeting with all disciplines to collaborate and troubleshoot 
  • Administrative team that handles all scheduling, with built in admin time for paperwork and documentation in each clinician's schedule
  • Guaranteed hours (35-40 hours, depending on your schedule and clinic's current needs); With flexibility for ½ day off/weekly
