The Osterman Law Firm, P.C. is a boutique, AV rated law firm that provides estate planning and trust administration services to nice people. We believe that people are more than their bank balances. We work hard to make sure that assets get passed down to loved ones and that the family legacy is protected.
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented people-person for a full-time, in-person position as the firm’s first point-of-contact for our clients. Our firm prides itself on our commitment to our clients, while maintaining a laid-back yet professional atmosphere for our team members.
You are an ideal candidate if you are friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, savvy with technology, willing to learn new systems/processes, and can work independently (after you are given any needed guidance or supervision). Previous law firm, administrative, or receptionist experience is preferred but we will consider all relevant prior positions.
Position responsibilities include:- Acting in a clientfacing role by speaking with clients and prospective clients to schedule appointments with attorneys and staff, coordinate client intake, accept payments, and send confirmation emails and other correspondence;
- Greeting clients who have inperson meetings with attorneys and staff;
- Maintaining client relations and updating our client database with current, accurate information;
- Assemble estate binders for signing conferences and serving as a witness for client estate plans; and
- Digitizing legacy client files. Why Work Here?

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university; strong organizational and people skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite/Workplace apps; excellent attention to detail, phone etiquette, and communications skills.
Salary Range: $20-30 per hour, depending on experience. Onboarding period of 90 days, at which point candidate will be reviewed for permanent placement. Excellent job performance could facilitate earlier review for permanent placement. Participation in firm’s health insurance plan, 401(k), year-end bonus program, and unlimited PTO available upon successful completion of onboarding period.
