We seek an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to be the primary customer contact and ensure smooth operations.
Position Overview
This role combines customer service administrative support. You’ll be answering calls, scheduling services, supporting our technicians, and ensuring customers have a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
You are the voice of the company and a key part of our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
- Schedule pest control services and inspections
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
- Follow up with customers after service (reviews, satisfaction checks)
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for each interaction
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Coordinate daily technician routes
- Optimize schedules for efficiency and customer convenience
- Communicate with technicians in real-time
Administrative Tasks
- Enter and update customer information
- Process payments and send invoices
- Maintain organized records and notes
Support Sales & Growth
- Help convert inbound leads into booked appointments
- Identify upsell opportunities (recurring service plans)
- Request and manage online reviews (Google, Yelp)
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or admin experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and scheduling software
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Bonus: Experience in pest control, home services, or dispatching
