The Assistance League of Newport Mesa is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our non profit office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and exceptional support for our staff and volunteers.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using excellent communication skills.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee calendar management for team schedules, appointments and meetings.
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and updating records with precision and timeliness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel software programs and Word Press.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Strong typing skills combined with meticulous proofreading abilities for all written communications for our newsletter and correspondence.
- Assist in weekly banking activities.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
