Lead Construction Technician — Osmon Properties
We're a local real estate investment and construction company based in Mountain Home, AR. We own and manage residential properties across Baxter and Sharp County and run an in-house remodel and new construction team. We're growing fast and need someone who can lead job sites, keep work moving in the right sequence, and make sure things are done right the first time.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily job site operations across active remodel and new construction projects
- Make sure work is completed in the correct sequence
- Train new hires on our standards and make sure they stick
- Handle material procurement — knowing what's needed before it's a problem
- Be the last one to leave a site — doors locked, materials secured, everything buttoned up
- Communicate clearly with ownership on project status, issues, and what's needed to keep things moving
- Stay reachable and responsive during work hours
What we're looking for
- Experience in residential remodel or construction — you know the trades and the sequence of work
- Someone who takes ownership without being told to — if something's wrong, you fix it or flag it
- Comfortable directing other workers and holding people accountable
- Organized enough to track multiple job sites and materials at once
- Reliable, consistent, and on time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
