Front Desk Receptionist – Osmon Properties

About the Role
Osmon Properties is looking for a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors. This role keeps the office running smoothly and supports our property management and construction teams.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls
- Handle tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and rent questions (AppFolio experience a plus)
- Schedule showings, maintenance calls, and vendor appointments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and general office organization
- Light data entry (tenant records, work orders, vendor invoices)
- Support crew with scheduling and paperwork as needed
- Collect and route rent payments/documents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software
- Organized, reliable, punctual
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
