What You'll Do

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
• Prepare accurate estimates and manage bidding processes for various contract types.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Negotiate, award, and prepare subcontract agreements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with field superintendents to ensure compliance and project success.
• Manage project costs, changes, and ensure quality control.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
