What You'll Do

As a Mediacom OSL Direct Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers in residential communities, introducing them to industry-leading connectivity products and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations within assigned territories
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and the latest service offerings
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospective customers
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
• Accurately complete sales documentation and customer records
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face, direct sales environment
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or quota-based role experience, preferred
• Experience in telecommunications, direct sales, door-to-door sales, fundraising, or promotions is an asset
• Basic proficiency with home internet services and service plans
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, required
• Willingness to travel throughout broad geographic territories
• Ability to walk throughout designated territories and work outdoors in various weather conditions, as required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
