We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead, develop, and scale our sales organization while helping expand strategic relationships across the technology sector.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, team development, pipeline growth, and driving revenue performance. The ideal candidate understands technology organizations, enterprise workforce solutions, managed services, and how AI technologies are transforming the staffing and services industry.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization with a strong hands-on leadership style
- Coach and support early-career and experienced sales professionals through real-time collaboration, training, and accountability
- Recruit, develop, and scale sales talent across the organization
- Build a culture focused on execution, ownership, continuous improvement, and performance
- Help establish sales best practices, processes, and KPI accountability across the team
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic sales initiatives and growth objectives
- Support pipeline development, account expansion, and new business generation across technology clients
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve prospecting, outreach, personalization, analytics, and sales execution
- Identify process improvements that improve efficiency, engagement, and overall sales effectiveness
- Help position OSI’s managed services and workforce solutions capabilities within enterprise organizations
Performance & Analytics
- Utilize Bullhorn Analytics and sales reporting tools to monitor team performance and market activity
- Create and analyze KPIs, Gross Margin Comp plans, pipeline metrics, and sales trends
- Use data and AI-driven insights to improve sales strategy and team performance
Client & Industry Engagement
- Attend client meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry functions
- Maintain a strong presence within the technology ecosystem and workforce solutions industry
- Travel as needed to support client relationships and internal team collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the staffing, recruiting, or technology workforce solutions industry required
- Prior sales leadership or team management experience
- Strong understanding of technology organizations, engineering environments, and enterprise workforce solutions
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using AI technologies and tools within recruiting, sales operations, business development, or workforce solutions environments
- Understanding of how AI is transforming staffing, recruiting, and managed services delivery models
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics and reporting to drive performance
- Experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Experience supporting or selling managed services programs or enterprise delivery solutions strongly preferred
- Ability to travel as needed for business meetings and conferences

Location
- Candidates reside in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Hybrid schedule required with 1–2 days per week onsite in Campbell, California
- Must be available to work PST business hours (8:30am - 5:30pm) and travel as needed
Compensation
- OTE potential: $150K–$200K
- Bonus and incentive opportunities
