Role Description
This is a 6 mobths contract to hire role for an Oracle Fusion Reports Technical specialist. The position is based on-site in Franklin, TN. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Fusion reports. Day-to-day tasks include creating and customizing reports, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with technical and functional teams to ensure that reporting solutions meet business needs. The role involves optimizing report performance and contributing to the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion applications within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and other query and database design skills
- Proficiency in creating and customizing technical specifications for Oracle Fusion applications
- Problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot report-related issues
- Familiarity with HCM functional modules is desirable
- Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in an on-site capacity is preferred
