Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Developer – Finance & SCM

Job Location: Hyderabad
OSI Digital is looking for an Oracle EBS Developer with strong experience in Finance and SCM modules to work on enhancement and production support projects. Responsibilities:
- Work with Oracle functional consultants to understand business requirements and prepare technical specifications (MD70)
- Design, develop, and unit test technical solutions based on functional design documents
- Provide production support and meet defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Debug production issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Perform code reviews as per coding standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively
- Willingness to work from client location in Hyderabad when required
Required Skills:
- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical design and development
- Strong experience in Oracle R12 EBS Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing modules, with exposure to HCM as an added advantage
- Technical expertise in RICE components, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher reports, UNIX Shell scripting, OAF, and Java
- Ability to understand functional setups in Oracle EBS Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing modules
- Experience in performance tuning, Web ADI, interfaces, and data conversions
- Strong debugging, testing, and data analysis skills
