Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant
Experience: 5–12 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad
OSI Digital is looking for an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The selected candidate will have opportunities to grow into leadership roles and explore new technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Work independently with minimal supervision while owning deliverables
- Provide inputs and recommendations on Oracle Finance best practices
- Participate in ERP practice building, implementations, and support activities
- Analyze business processes and support transformation using Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance
- Configure and support Finance modules across EBS and Fusion environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional solutions aligned with business needs
Required Skills:
- 5–12 years of experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP business processes across industries such as Manufacturing, High Tech, Pharma, or Trading
- Good knowledge of Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance architecture
- Understanding of common integration touchpoints in Oracle implementations
- Experience in preparing configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials
- Hands-on experience in data migration, deployment, and cutover activities
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for configuration issues
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work with overlapping global time zones
Good to Have:
- Oracle Fusion Finance Certification
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Functional roles
