Position Summary:
OSG USA, INC. is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Inventory Control Coordinator I to join our growing team. The Inventory Control Coordinator I plays a critical role in the organization processing orders and reorders as required to monitor and maintain inventory control records and levels. Expedites existing past due orders with factories and suppliers.
Job Functions for a Inventory Control Coordinator I:
- Enters new purchase orders and transfer orders as required.
- Runs Master Planning to create production orders for coating jobs and private label orders
- Ensures that the facility has proper paperwork to receive and process goods.
- Performs activities to expedite stock inventory with factories.
- Assist in house account order processing and reporting.
- Receives purchase orders and transfer orders from vendors. Reconciles actual quantities against ordered quantites and resolves any merchandising problems that may inhibit the receipt and/or shipment of goods.
- Assists in resolving invoice variances
- Runs reports for data analysis by planners
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications for a Inventory Control Coordinator I:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent
- General knowledge of business
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

- Previous experience with a ERP service

Physical Working Demands:
- To perform the duties of this job, an individual must be able to read, write, understand and communicate by telephone using the English Language.

Compensation Type:
- $19-$22 hour depending on experience monthly bonus potential
Reports to: Inventory Control Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, hybrid work schedule
