Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Treasury Management Analyst III will contribute to OSF's success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its Ministry operations through supporting operational and strategic projects. TM Senior Analyst III will report directly to the Supervisor of Treasury Services. The TM Analyst III will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development of bank relationships, determination of short-term cash to be invested, and anticipation of short-term borrowing needs. Responsibility for liquidity management, including in-house banking and providing payments factory support, as applicable.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelors in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
Other Licenses/Certifications:
CTP Certificate will be expected to be achieved within 2 years of hire. In order to advance, it must be obtained.
Experience:
Must understand treasury operations and healthcare operations that would normally be acquired over seven years of healthcare employment in Corporate Treasury or closely related work experience.
Other skills/knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects Strong understanding of cash management principles. Good understanding of internal controls.
