Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

**This is a Hybrid work schedule and will work 3 days/week at OSF Ministry Headquarters in Peoria, IL.**

The Talent Sourcer will partner with Talent Acquisition team members to provide various channels to source potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Assesses, evaluates, and improves talent sourcing strategies and platforms, based on robust data and metrics.

The Talent Sourcer must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, be creative, engaging, and able to influence others in order to create and devise sourcing mechanisms to attract talent to OSF HealthCare. This person must also possess solid verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with potential hires, managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

1 year experience using sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, job boards, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to engage both internal and external audiences and create/share messages that influence candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to speak publicly in a confident way to represent OSF and share the OSF brand/story/history/benefits, etc.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, be creative, engaging, and able to influence others in order to create and devise sourcing mechanisms to attract talent to OSF HealthCare.
• Possess solid verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with potential hires, managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Possess strong computer skills with experience working in Excel/databases.
