Job Summary
The HR Shared Services Coordinator provides frontline HR support to employees by answering questions, resolving requests, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. This role focuses on handling HR inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to employee questions related to benefits, payroll, HR policies, and people systems
- Manage employee requests from intake through resolution using HR case management tools
- Process basic HR transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR partners when needed
- Support onboarding, job changes, and offboarding activities
- Meet service and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or customer support
- Experience using HR systems or ticketing tools (Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, or similar)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
- Professional judgment when handling sensitive information
