Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Payroll Data Analyst facilitates and supports key processes and accountabilities within Payroll, primarily in the area of Payroll Information Management. Provides business expertise to implement and support HR/Payroll software. The position reports to the Payroll Manager
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field OR 4 years of progressive related experience.
Experience: Minimum one year experience with application support and implementation or HR operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, IT or a related field
Other skills/knowledge: Experience using Ulti, Taleo, or other HR Software Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
