Expected pay for this position is $41.65 - $49.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Compliance and Privacy program by providing analytical expertise to leadership, Compliance Officers and Auditors. This position is responsible for delivering data-driven insights for investigations, risk assessment, assisting in the identification and scoping of audit populations, and developing and maintaining scorecards, reports, and dashboards. The analyst is the system administrator for web-hosted products (e.g., investigation management, conflict of interest management system). The analyst conducts trend analyses, prepares routine and ad hoc reports for leadership, and recommends process improvements to enhance program integrity and operational efficiency. The analyst collaborates closely with leadership, staff, and other team members to ensure the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field
Experience:
4 years in data analysis, business intelligence, audit support, healthcare compliance, or a similar discipline.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, while a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality is also required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Experience with Smartsheet; experience with compliance, privacy, risk, legal or HR data sets. Experience developing dashboards and scorecards for compliance, legal, audit, or related risk functions.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Preferred candidates will have experience with advanced data visualization techniques, familiarity with compliance frameworks, and a proven track record in process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the relevant industry, experience with automated reporting tools, and the ability to interpret complex data sets to support strategic decision-making are highly valued.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are also preferred. Familiarity with healthcare operations, regulations and compliance requirements.
