Expected pay for this position is $38.75 - $45.59/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Insights & Analytics Strategist role is responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, optimize performance, and support leadership decision-making. This role will act as the central hub for marketing intelligence connecting performance data, consumer insights, and market research to build a balanced, data-driven narrative.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
Experience:
7 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or market research, ideally in health care, multi-location enterprise, or a complex consumer-facing industry.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Siteimprove, Freshpaint, SEO tools, social listening tools, CRM reporting).
- Experience integrating market research data (e.g., NRC, survey platforms) with performance analytics.
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Ability to connect diverse data points into strategic insights.
- Adept at distinguishing correlation from causation and providing balanced, unbiased recommendations.
- Exceptional ability to translate data into compelling stories for senior leadership.
- Confident presenter comfortable with executive-level audiences. Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
