Job Details

• Location: Private residences in the Old Sawmill District, Missoula, Montana
• Schedule: Flexible weekday hours, generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time – Approximately 40 hours per week
• Pay: $21 - $23 / hour based on experience
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Essential Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of private residences, including:

• Dusting and surface cleaning
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Kitchen cleaning and sanitization
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitization
• Cleaning appliances and fixtures as needed
• Change linens and perform laundry services as requested
• Perform occasional deep-cleaning projects
• Assist with light organization and household tidying
• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or concerns promptly
• Respect residents' belongings, privacy, and personal space
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents and their homes

Ideal Candidate

• Previous professional housekeeping or residential cleaning experience required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional and courteous when interacting with residents
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Physically able to perform routine housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout a residence
• Comfortable working around pets, when applicable
• Must pass a background check

Compensation Package

Starting wage $21.00/hour Experienced housekeeper $22–$23/hour

Schedule Full-time and flexible - approximately 40 hours/week

PTO/Vacation 2 weeks/year available as accrued after 6 months.

Sick time 2 weeks/year available as accrued after 6 months.

Paid holidays 9 paid holidays
