We are partnering with a growing, technology-driven organization seeking a Client Advocate to act as a strategic liaison between the business and its client base. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of service delivery, driving client satisfaction, and supporting long-term relationship growth.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement and support
- Proactively manage client needs, addressing challenges before they escalate and ensuring a seamless experience
- Build strong, trusted partnerships by understanding client goals and aligning solutions accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery
- Lead regular client touchpoints to gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement
- Spot opportunities to introduce additional solutions or services that align with client objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, updates, and ongoing initiatives
- Act as the internal voice of the client, ensuring feedback is clearly communicated and actioned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles within a professional services or technology environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex client issues in a structured and professional manner
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Experience working with ERP platforms (mid-market solutions preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
