WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform general concrete tasks: setting forms, tying rebar, pouring, and finishing
Assist carpenters and foremen with layout, prep, and clean-up
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Help ensure a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Travel with crews up to 50% of the time to regional sites
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
12 years construction or concrete experience preferred (willing to train motivated individuals) Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions
Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical capacity profile
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$20$28/hour depending on experience
