This role includes up to 50% travel to regional job sites.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Supervise and work alongside crew members on concrete scopes (formwork, pouring, finishing, structuralslabs, flatwork)
Work closely with Project Superintendents to achieve production goals
Read blueprints and scopes to plan daily tasks and allocate resources
Maintain safe, clean, and organized worksites
Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and team members
Identify risks and opportunities to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
3 years of commercial construction or concrete leadership experience
Strong technical skills in formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and finishing
Ability to read drawings and verify layout and specs
Valid Driver's License & clean background
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
High school diploma or equivalent (degree in construction/trade management preferred) Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical capacity profile
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$30$40/hour depending on skills & experience
