The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across Osage Health Systems clinic facilities. This position provides direct supervision of the maintenance crew while also performing hands-on maintenance tasks as needed. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained to support patient care and staff operations.
This role requires a high level of motivation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example in a healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 or more years of maintenance experience in commercial, institutional, or healthcare facilities
- 3 or more years of supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders, manuals, and basic technical documents
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing and able to lift, climb, and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work
- Willing and able to work after-hours, early morning, or weekends based on operational needs and be on call as needed
General Qualifications
- Healthcare facility experience
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of motivation and initiative

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Dependability and flexibility with work schedule
- Work is performed in clinic, office, and mechanical environments

- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test
- Must have a clean driving record – may be required to drive a GSA or tribal vehicle to training seminars or meetings
