Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 4 or more years of experience in office setting
- Intermediate proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Willing and able to stand and walk for an extended period
General Qualifications
- Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 90 days.
- Must be HIPAA and Privacy Act trained within 90 days.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
- Requires a high level of personal integrity, confidentiality and ethics.
- Requires a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation is of the highest importance.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles.
