Description
The director is responsible for integrating their department’s services with the clinic’s primary functions. The director coordinates and integrates services within their department(s) and with other departments. The director develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services. The director recommends a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide care/service and assures the qualifications and competence of those staff members meet the needs of patient care and non-patient care services. The director continuously assesses and improves their department’s performance and maintains appropriate quality control programs. The director recommends space and other resources needed by the department and participates in selecting outside resources needed by their department(s).

Qualifications
- Certificate or degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience required; multi-modality preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with ACR accreditation and MQSA inspections required
- Registered American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
- Knowledge of HIPPA and Privacy Act
- Must be able to pass Osage Nation credentials and privileges requirements
- Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
- Requires a high level of problem-solving skills
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
- Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
- Required: BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
