4:00pm to Midnight shift. The Counseling Center Campus Specialist will provide excellent customer service while coordinating the workflow of the Counseling Center’s Campus, handling administrative duties as well as primary residential treatment (PRT) client activities. Duties also include coordinating, as directed by licensed staff, and assigned leadership, all related behavioral health and healthcare organizational needs of the campus’ professional and support staff as it relates to the services provided to the residents. The coordinator must also work with supervisors to ensure smooth day to day transitions of care provided. The role will provide useful suggestions to improve processes and client care, be pro-active, and lead and motivate staff to ensure first-rate employee/staff relations. This position performs a variety of tasks within the program. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Will act as the “go to” campus representative for all campus needs, tracking and coordinating infrastructure and life-safety needs for the campus, including submitting and tracking work orders for maintenance, IT, and other vendors or contractors providing services or service calls on campus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.

2 years’ working in Substance Use/Mental Health Required.

Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) certificate Required.

Must have knowledge of community resources available to clients and families.

CPR required.

Must be proficient in Excel, Word, electronic health records (E.H.R.).

Must be HIPPA Trained.

Familiarity of working with grants preferred.

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.

Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

Possess strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record- may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles.

Familiarity of Osage language and culture including traditions, arts, crafting, preferred.

Must have a sensitivity to the specific needs of the Native population served.
