Job Description
ORYX Cleaning LLC is a growing, professional cleaning company serving Syracuse and surrounding Central New York communities. We specialize in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team.
This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor opportunity.
We are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and want to grow with a professional cleaning company.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces.
- Complete deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services when assigned.
- Assist with post-construction cleaning projects.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
- Communicate professionally with customers and management.
- Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to cleaning locations.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, professional, and trustworthy.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting cleaning equipment.
- Smartphone access for receiving schedules and job information.
