After about 6 months to 2 years, your wage will be based on your overall performance at ORX. Your education is a background that will enable you to perform, but it is not a ticket to high pay. Can you use what you've learned ? That's what we need. That's performance. We reward great performance with a salary well above industry norms.
ORX
Our company was founded in 1979. Since then, we have experienced steady growth. There are currently approximately 60 total employees, including 20 office workers. We manufacture and maintain wheel set assemblies, axles, trucks and related components for all types of rail vehicles. If you've ridden the subway in New York City, or taken the train in Atlanta, New Jersey, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami, or ridden on Amtrak's Acela High Speed train, you have probably ridden on wheel sets that came from our shop.
THE END
If you've read this far, that's good. Our company is looking for top-notch people --- highly talented, hard-working, conscientious. We are looking for great talent, attitude and motivation above pure experience.
