About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Digital Build & AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital platforms, AI-enabled products, and Agentic AI initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, BSS/OSS ecosystems, and product-centric platform design.
The ideal candidate will drive AI-first transformation strategies, architect intelligent enterprise solutions, and modernize digital ecosystems using scalable cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Technology Leadership
• Define and own end-to-end product & technology architecture vision
• Align business capabilities, digital platforms, and AI systems
• Advise business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams on AI-first transformation
• Drive modernization toward composable, platform-driven, agent-enabled architectures
Agentic AI Solution Architecture
• Design enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions with governance, safety, and observability
• Define scalable reference architectures using ADK, MCP, and A2A communication patterns
• Lead PoCs, pilots, and production deployments of AI agents integrated with enterprise systems
Delivery & Execution
• Lead architecture engagements from discovery through delivery and optimization
• Conduct architecture and design workshops
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled product and platform solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, platform architects, and data science teams
Governance & Quality
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards
• Define ROI and adoption metrics using CBVA principles
• Mentor teams and promote architecture best practices across cloud, product, and AI domains
Required Qualifications
Core Architecture & Product Engineering
• 12 years of experience in architecture, product engineering, integration, and enterprise solution delivery
• 5 years in product-centric architecture
• Experience designing large-scale distributed cloud-native enterprise systems
• Strong expertise in BSS/OSS ecosystems and enterprise digital platforms
• Must have .NET experience
Agentic AI & Intelligent Systems
• Experience designing autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agent architectures
• Hands-on experience with:
- ADK
- MCP
- A2A communication patterns
• Familiarity with:
- Google Agentic AI ecosystem
- Gemini models
- Vertex AI
- Agent frameworks and tool integrations
• Experience applying CBVA principles to measure business value
Cloud & Integration
• Expertise in cloud platforms:
- GCP preferred
- AWS/Azure acceptable
• Strong understanding of:
- API-led architectures
- Event-driven systems
- Streaming architectures
• Experience integrating:
- CRM
- Billing
- Order Management
- Inventory
- Payments
- Identity platforms
- Partner ecosystems
• Knowledge of TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, IEEE is a plus
