Construction Superintendent

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects. Experience with municipal water and/or pool projects is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and direct construction crews and subcontractors
• Assign teams to specific tasks and manage daily field operations
• Train new hires and provide ongoing guidance to workers
• Maintain labor records, daily site logs, and SWPPP documentation
• Track inventory, materials, and equipment to prevent shortages and delays
• Coordinate activities between tradespeople, laborers, project managers, architects, and engineers
• Develop and manage onsite work schedules to avoid conflicts and maintain productivity
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and scheduling requirements
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of verifiable construction supervision experience (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and/or industrial construction
• Experience with municipal water and/or pool projects preferred
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Certified Crane Operator or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
