Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
- Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
- Engage residents in social interactions and activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
- Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
- Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols
- We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills
- This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for
- An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
- An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
- An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift
- Part Time: 24-48 hours per 2 week pay period (Days and evenings available)
- Day shift: 7am-12:30pm, Evening 3pm - 8pm
