A current Physical Therapist license and CPR certification (required). Experience in outpatient orthopedics (strongly preferred). A leadership style that blends accountability with empathy. Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Comfort navigating a fast‑paced environment with professionalism and calm. Proficiency with MS Office and practice management systems. INDTHP1 Compensation Range for this position: $79,000.00 - $118,500.00 Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
