What You’ll Do
As a Radiologic Technologist, you’ll play an important role in each patient’s care by producing high-quality diagnostic images that help our providers evaluate injuries and orthopedic conditions.
- Prepare and position patients for radiographic procedures while ensuring their comfort, safety, and privacy
- Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and produce high-quality digital images
- Operate radiographic and C-arm equipment safely and effectively
- Review images for technical quality, anatomical accuracy, and proper patient identification
- Follow radiation safety standards and best practices to minimize exposure
- Maintain imaging rooms and equipment to support safety, compliance, and operational readiness
- Partner closely with physicians and clinical team members to provide an excellent patient experience
- Support additional imaging and clinical needs as part of a collaborative team

Qualifications
Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
ARRT certification
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred

Compensation Range for this position:
Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
