What are the responsibilities and job description for the National/ Regional Sales Manager position at OrthoRPM?
DISCRIPTION: OrthoRPM, a leading digital smart therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring company with Smart Devices serving physicians and therapy clinics, is seeking a highly motivated National Sales Manager to help drive our next stage of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving healthcare technology startup with significant national potential. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who can recruit, manage, and motivate independent distributors while also building strong relationships with physicians, therapists, and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and expand OrthoRPM’s national distributor network
• Establish sales goals, performance expectations, and accountability
• Train distributors on the OrthoRPM platform, value proposition, and sales process
• Develop relationships with orthopedic practices, upper extremity and lower surgeons, therapy clinics, pain clinics, neuro clinics and healthcare systems
• Support distributor meetings, product demonstrations, and customer conversions
• Identify new territories, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Track sales activity, pipeline development, and distributor performance
• Work closely with executive leadership to execute the company’s national commercialization strategy
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience managing medical device, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare distributor sales teams
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage independent distributors
• Strong relationships within the orthopedic, rehabilitation, therapy, or physician markets are highly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and closing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by measurable results
• Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the United States
