What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infusion/Triage Registered Nurse position at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists of Green Bay, LLC?
The Registered Nurse assess patient health problems and needs; develop and follow protocols; and maintain electronic medical records. Administer nursing care to patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
- This position is a 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week) and will require occasional travel to Green Bay location.
Education and Experience:
- Current license to practice nursing in the state.
- Minimum of six month of recent experience as a professional nurse.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree Required, Field of Study: RN
- BLS CPR certification required.
