What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Spine position at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists of Green Bay, LLC?
The Spine Registered Nurse assesses patients’ health problems and needs, develops and follows protocols, maintains medical records, administers nursing care to patients as necessary, and may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
- This position is a 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) and will require travel to other OSMS locations.
Education and Experience:
- Must have an active Wisconsin Registered Nurse License.
- Must be BLS Certified within six (6) months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
- BSN Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience is required. Spine specialty is preferred.
