Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking skilled and compassionate a Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our growing team, at our Centerville administrative office.

What You’ll Do:
- Providing excellent customer service and communication to patients, families and staff
- Manage high call volume while maintaining attention to detail and productivity
- Scheduling patients to their availability and provider preference
- Respond to referrals, urgent situations per protocol
- Make decisions independently

Required Experience:
- Health care industry experience
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility.
