Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Healthcare Office Administrator / Physical Therapy Aide to join
our team. In this role, you will assist with both administrative duties at the front desk and support patient
care in our therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to maintain a positive,
professional environment. We will train you if you don’t have prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient clinic function
· Confirm patient appointments and check in patients, verifying insurance information and
scheduling as needed
· Collect and scan healthcare documents into our EMR system.
· Process patient payments upfront, including deductibles, co-pays, coinsurance, self-pay, and
outstanding balances
· Operate therapeutic modalities such as E-stim, Ultrasound Therapy, and Traction under the
guidance of healthcare providers
· Clean and sanitize treatment rooms after each visit to maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
· Communicate with doctors' offices for updated contact information, ensuring proper
documentation and timely signing of notes
Qualifications:
· Minimum High school diploma or GED required
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff
· Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
· Comfortable with office technology and troubleshooting minor technical issues
· Ability to operate therapeutic equipment (training will be provided)
· A friendly, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
