As a key member of our dynamic clinical team, you'll work closely with physicians and orthopedic specialists to evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity and hand conditions in an outpatient setting. You’ll guide patients through customized treatment plans designed to restore function, adapt to new challenges, and return to work, sport, or daily life with confidence.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with patients to improve physical function and independence
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
- Design and fabricate custom splints and braces
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure exceptional care
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic medical record system
