Job Summary:
The Practice Liaison is responsible for devising and implementing a strategic plan to maintain and increase
referrals from healthcare providers and local community partners within OrthoNeuro’s geographic reach. This role
heavily emphasizes the use of data analysis, targeted outreach, and territorial expansion.

Founded over 85 years ago, OrthoNeuro was the first private physician group in Central Ohio to provide a multidisciplinary center of board-certified physicians specializing in orthopedic surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, and
non-surgical spine management. OrthoNeuro also established the area's first multi-disciplinary sports medicine
center, SportMed; as well as SpineMed for the complete treatment of spine and back disorders and WorkMed for
the management and treatment of work related injuries.
OrthoNeuro comprises a team of more than 200 professional staff including 27 physicians as well as physician
assistants, registered nurses, physical therapists, athletic trainers, radiology technicians, medical assistants and

- Actively works with OrthoNeuro’s Growth and Development Committee (G&D) in identifying, developing,
service growth
- Build and maintain a positive public image for the organization through strategic engagement/relations
- Develop new referral networks while nurturing relations with current referring physicians
- Review monthly performance results, implement monthly variance reporting, and monitor, review, and
- Identify and address any workflow/system issues that hinder/slow the process for referring providers
- Distribute competitive intelligence, covering factors impacting the territory, business threats, and pertinent
- Participate in the resolution of service complaints, including data gathering and problem resolution from
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or other related field required; or an equivalent combination of
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare relations; experience in physician offices preferred
