PRACTICE LIAISON

Job Summary:
The Practice Liaison is responsible for devising and implementing a strategic plan to maintain and increase
referrals from healthcare providers and local community partners within OrthoNeuro’s geographic reach. This role
heavily emphasizes the use of data analysis, targeted outreach, and territorial expansion.
Job Duties:

• Actively works with OrthoNeuro’s Growth and Development Committee (G&D) in identifying, developing,

and implementing physician and community outreach activities necessary to drive top-line revenue and
service growth

• Build and maintain a positive public image for the organization through strategic engagement/relations
• Develop new referral networks while nurturing relations with current referring physicians
• Review monthly performance results, implement monthly variance reporting, and monitor, review, and

report on all activity and outcomes

• Identify and address any workflow/system issues that hinder/slow the process for referring providers
• Distribute competitive intelligence, covering factors impacting the territory, business threats, and pertinent

information to the relevant practice leadership

• Participate in the resolution of service complaints, including data gathering and problem resolution from

referring physician offices

• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or other related field required; or an equivalent combination of

education and experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare relations; experience in physician offices preferred
