The Machine Operator is a highly motivated, technically competent machinist who will manufacture and produce medical implants/instruments parts according to documented procedures for Ortho Development in a production environment. You will work in a clean, safe work environment with great benefits.
Schedule: This position works 4 10-hour shifts (Monday - Thursday 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Follow documented procedures and work instructions to manufacture quality parts
- Meet and adhere to quality requirements per the QMS
- Escalate issues or problems immediately
- Perform maintenance as required
- Follow safety standards
- Keep work station and environment organized and clean (5S)
- Able to read and understand drawings and blueprints
- Perform production on machines such as lasermarker, grit blaster, buffing tools, etc.
- CNC production work
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Experience specific to this position:
- 0-2 years experience
- Use of inspection equipment, e.g. calipers, microscope, optical measurement
