Presque Isle Medical Technologies specializes in the delivery of custom made lower and upper extremity prosthetic devices to patients in nursing homes, the comfort of their homes as well outpatient settings. We are a dedicated prosthetics mobile provider, bringing high level prosthetic care directly to the patient. We work with therapy teams and nursing homes in and around the Chicago land area.


We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and relationship-driven Clinical Liaison to join our growing prosthetic care team. This position plays a critical role in marketing our mobile, on-site prosthetic services, to healthcare partners in the Chicagoland area, including its surrounding suburbs. The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for building strong relationships with referral sources such as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), acute rehabilitation hospitals, orthopedic and vascular surgeons, wound care teams, home health agencies, case managers, therapy teams and other relevant medical professionals. If you have a clinical background in PT/OT, nursing, or Prosthetics and are looking for a change in your day to day, this opportunity allows you to still utilize your clinical skills and experience with patient care but also will allow you to use those skills towards business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Marketing

· Through community outreach and account management, the Clinical Liaison will promote awareness of our specialized prosthetic services and drive patient

referrals, helping ensure individuals with limb loss have timely access to high-quality prosthetic care in the comfort of their care settings.

· Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources including SNFs, LTACHs, IRFs, surgeons (vascular, orthopedic, trauma), rehab teams, wound care centers, and hospital discharge planners.

· Promote the benefits of our mobile, on-site prosthetic care model to referral sources.


Account Management

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned referral accounts, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

· Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to deepen relationships or resolve any barriers to care.

· Gather feedback from referral partners to support continuous improvement.

· Keep CRM or designated tracking systems updated with account activity and contact information.


Sales & Growth

· Meet or exceed referral and growth targets by developing new partnerships and maintaining existing accounts.

· Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure appropriate follow-up on all leads.

· Collaborate on marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional strategies that reflect the needs of our local market.

Qualifications:

· Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, outreach, or account management, ideally in prosthetics, orthotics, DME, rehab, home health, or similar fields.

· Established network within the Chicagoland healthcare community is a plus.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a dynamic schedule.

· Passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of amputees


**$60K - $65K compensation determined based on candidate's skills, experience, knowledge, geographic location, and other variables.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
