Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base within the Major Accounts segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Major Accounts market segment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Present and demonstrate Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to potential clients
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll services
- Experience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus (edited)
