About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Grounds Keeper to help maintain the appearance, safety and functionality of our outdoor grounds throughout the busy season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in a well-kept landscaped, and thrives in a team focused enviroment. Key ResponsiblitiesPerform lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debrisPlant, mulch, weed, and maintian landscaped areasAssisit with light maintenance Clean and maintain outdoor facilities, walkways, and common areasOperate groundskeeping equipment safely (mowers, trimmer, hand tool, etc)Support seasonal projects such as tree/brush trimming, flower bed installation, and grounds cleanupFollow all safety guidelines and report hazards or equipment issues QualificationAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable with physical work including lifting, bending, and standingBasic experience with lawn or landscaping equipment preferred (training provided)Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detailAbility to work independently, and as a part of teammust be able to pass any required pre-employment checksScheduleSeasonal timeframe: April through November Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
