Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Roseburg, OR. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on care to improve mobility and overall well-being. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating clients on exercises and wellness strategies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. This position allows for a holistic approach to patient care through a combination of therapeutic techniques and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
- Experience or interest in providing holistic care, such as wellness programs and coaching
- Flexibility in delivering both in-clinic and mobile physical therapy services
- Valid Physical Therapist license and eligibility to practice in the state of Oregon
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy
- Preferred: Experience in holistic health approaches or wellness program development
