Position Summary
The Domestic Violence Monitoring Court (DVMC) Case Manager supervises pretrial participants ordered by the Court to participate in the DVMC Program as a condition of bond. This role is responsible for monitoring compliance with court-ordered conditions, coordinating services, maintaining detailed case documentation, and supporting participant accountability and community safety.
This position reports to the DVMC Case Manager Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field (required)
- Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in domestic violence services, criminal justice, behavioral health, or related field
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with case management systems
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews for court-ordered domestic violence participants
- Supervise and monitor an active caseload of approximately 50 pretrial participants
- Ensure compliance with bond conditions and protective orders
- Conduct weekly participant meetings and document case activity
- Monitor drug testing results and respond appropriately to non-compliance
- Refer participants to treatment providers and community resources
- Appear in court for status hearings as required
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Automon Integrated Management System (AIMS)
- Prepare required reports and maintain organized, audit-ready case files
- Participate in required trainings and professional development

Additional Information
Employment in this position is contingent upon continued funding and may be subject to reduction or termination should funding be reduced or discontinued.
