Role Overview
This is primarily an electrical helper role supporting our installation crews on active job sites. The right candidate will handle pre-wiring and trim-out on residential and commercial projects, assist with occasional diagnostics and repairs, and pitch in wherever the team needs them — including support with retractable screen installations and other outdoor living components.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pre-wiring residential and commercial outdoor living projects
- Electrical trim-out and finish work on pergola systems and outdoor kitchens
- Assist with occasional electrical diagnostics and repairs
- Support retractable screen installations and related tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with the installation team on-site
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Required:
- Low voltage experience (lighting, controls, structured wiring, etc.)
- Electrical diagnostics — ability to troubleshoot and identify issues in the field
- Tech savvy — comfortable with smart controls, app-based systems, and modern equipment
- Team player with a professional, cooperative attitude on job sites
Preferred (Not Required):
- HVAC service technician background — especially those ready to leave the on-call grind behind
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.38 - $22.14 per hour
